General Conditions – Free Spirits Travels

Welcome to Free Spirits Travels. By using our site and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
 

1. General provisions
 

Free Spirits Travels acts as a booking platform between customers and accommodation owners or hosts.
By making a reservation, you confirm that the information provided (name, contact details, payment details) is accurate and valid.
We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time, without notice.
 

2. Reservation Policy
 

  • All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the owner.

  • Travelers must present valid identification at check-in.

  • Reservations are personal and non-transferable without prior authorization.
     

3. Payment
 

  • Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.

  • We do not store any bank or card details.

  • Additional costs (meals, services, transportation) are to be paid directly on site.
     

4. Cancellation and refund
 

  • Cancellations made [x days] prior to arrival are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the accommodation's policy.

  • Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in the loss of the full amount.

  • Any refunds are made within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.
     

5. Responsibilities of travelers
 

  • Travelers should respect the premises, hosts and the local community.

  • Any damage caused must be compensated.

  • Any illegal or non-compliant activity will result in cancellation without refund.
     

6. Host Responsibilities
 

  • Hosts must ensure accommodation is clean, safe and as described.

  • Complaints related to hygiene, safety or misleading description may result in the ad being removed.
     

7. Limitation of liability
 

Free Spirits Travels acts as a booking intermediary and not as a direct service provider.
We are not responsible for any losses, accidents or damages occurring during the stay.
Any complaints regarding accommodation should be addressed directly to the owner or host.
 

8. Force majeure
 

We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations or changes due to external events such as natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, pandemics or other circumstances beyond our control.
